Needed an ETH to BTC swap done quickly and without a long sign-up. Asked about alternatives and got three, with no pushing. Checked the terms twice myself, numbers lined up. Second transaction went as smoothly as the first.

Second time using this for a USDT withdrawal, same as before. Timing was stated up front, not «we'll get back to you». Asked about the terms in chat and got a straight answer. Only thing: the confirmation took a couple of extra minutes.
Did a small test swap on a weekend, wasn't sure anyone would be around. The amount was small, but nothing was treated as too small to explain. The rate shown matched what I actually got, no surprises. Second transaction went as smoothly as the first.
Tried exchanging USDT for ETH with a small amount first, to see how it goes. Asked about alternatives and got three, with no pushing. They flagged the terms before I sent anything, which helped. No paperwork, which is what I wanted.
